Standard Returns & Exchanges
Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Handcrafted & Custom Items
Because our merchandise is individually handcrafted and made-to-order, we cannot accept returns on items with custom personalized text or specific design modifications unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Defective or Damaged Orders
Quality is our top priority. If your t-shirt arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging an item for a different size, we will happily cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you!
