Standard Returns & Exchanges

• Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Handcrafted & Custom Items

• Because our merchandise is individually handcrafted and made-to-order, we cannot accept returns on items with custom personalized text or specific design modifications unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Defective or Damaged Orders

• Quality is our top priority. If your t-shirt arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging an item for a different size, we will happily cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you!
